What If?

Hi there!
It's been a while since I last wrote in. December's just around the corner and I'll be spending my Christmas here in Singapore with my hubby.
While at work, I came across an old job post which I remember that I declined because of conflict of schedules.
It was late 2009 when I was interviewed by one of Cebu's finest CPA accounting firm to be part of their team.
It is a huge step knowing I'll be working with Punongbayan&Araullo. They are opening their first Finance/Accounting Outsourcing and I was lucky to be part of the pioneers.

However, this was the time wherein I was busy handling/coordinating the details of our 2010 wedding. I was informed that I needed to go to Manila for training and it may take 6 months!
OMG! Everything was already laid out, planned for me.

But still, I let it go. I have been thinking of it for days, months. I talked it over with my fiance, now my husband and he always wants me to think what is best.
But what if I still went through with it? Would it make a difference?

Probably we could have stayed in Cebu and made a family and not here in Singapore.

It was probably one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. I'll always look back and said. " What if I did take the opportunity?" I guess there is always a reason for everything.

God always knows what is best for us. But I think, we are the one who is in charge of our lives on how we live. It is how we make everything in our life to act like followers to God.

I just want to thank you, Lord.. For everything that I have.

i wish i write as good as this :) the last sermon i heard could somehow relate a little bit to this, my dear cousin :) it is about being the clay, soft and easy to be mould by the grand potter.

I guess I'm much better expressing myself through writing than verbally.
